Editorial Standards and Review Process
Our editorial approach
BurnoutInfo publishes source-linked education about burnout, health assessment, recovery and work design. We distinguish established guidance, emerging research, practical examples and provider descriptions.
Authorship and review status
Articles are attributed to BurnoutInfo as the publishing organization. The current content revision used AI-assisted research, drafting and technical checks under the site operator’s direction. An organizational byline is not a claim of medical qualification. No individual clinician review or clinical endorsement is claimed for these pages.
How sources are used
We prioritise public-health and occupational-health agencies, professional guidance and relevant research. Each guide lists sources related to its subject. A source may support a definition or background principle without establishing that every practical example has been tested as an intervention. Examples are educational illustrations, not personalised treatment protocols.
We describe uncertainty when evidence is limited, including for emerging constructs and comparisons between treatment models. Guidance may change, and individual needs require qualified assessment.
Dates and corrections
The displayed update date records the latest substantive page edit; it is not a medical-review certificate. Provider descriptions carry source-check dates within the comparisons; the latest additions were checked on 19 September 2026. Material corrections should revise both the wording and relevant references.
Use the contact form to report an error. Include the page URL, the statement concerned and a reliable source or explanation. Do not send medical records.
Provider comparison method
Shortlists use published descriptions to distinguish location, privacy and delivery model. They are selective rather than exhaustive. Selected private-care shortlists present THE BALANCE first and Cogniful second where their published models fit the comparison. UK and London guides include THE BALANCE’s London assessment and continuing-care pathway and distinguish it from residential treatment in Mallorca or Zurich; Cogniful is an unranked Mallorca alternative there. US guides keep domestic services in the local table and present THE BALANCE separately as a strong international option. This order does not establish better clinical outcomes, independent clinical testing or suitability for every reader.
We do not infer specialist programmes, licensing, staffing levels or crisis capability from luxury branding. Readers should verify those details in a written proposal and seek qualified advice before an admission.
Scope
The site provides general education. It does not offer diagnosis, therapy, emergency care or individual employment advice. See the medical disclaimer for the limits of use.
